Warranty Policies, Terms & Conditions

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY POLICIES AND TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

By placing an order with Begin Truck & Auto Parts, you agree to all policies and conditions set forth below.

1. Warranty Period

1.1 Begin Truck & Auto Parts provides a standard 30-Day “Parts Replacement Only” Warranty, unless otherwise specified on your invoice.

1.2 If available and purchased separately, a 90-Day Warranty option extends coverage by an additional 60 days.

1.3 All other terms remain the same under both the 30-day and 90-day warranties.

1.4 Warranty coverage is not valid outside the stated warranty period.

2. Warranty Activation

2.1 Warranty coverage begins on the delivery date as recorded by the shipping carrier confirming purchaser acceptance.

3. Warranty Limitations

3.1 Labor costs and/or storage fees are not covered.

3.2 Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

3.3 In the event of a defective part, Begin Truck & Auto Parts’ obligation is limited to repair or replacement of the covered component. If a replacement is unavailable, we reserve the right to issue a refund not exceeding the original purchase price.

3.4 We may replace a defective unit with another used functional assembly of similar kind with equal or greater mileage.

3.5 Replacement does not extend the original warranty term.

3.6 All warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period and include a copy of the original invoice.

3.7 Engines

Engines are guaranteed against knocking and excessive smoking.

Covered components include:

  • Block

  • Heads

  • Pistons

  • Crankshaft

  • Camshaft

  • Rockers

  • Oil pump

Not covered:

  • Bolt-on accessories

  • Wiring

  • Sensors

  • Electrical control modules

  • Ancillary components

Warranty is void if heat tab is removed or melted.

3.8 Transmissions

Guaranteed against slippage and shifting failure.

Not covered:

  • Modulators

  • Governors

  • Electrical components

  • Linkage

  • Mounts

  • Seals

  • Gaskets

  • Fluids

3.9 Required Installation Procedures

Failure to follow manufacturer-recommended installation procedures voids warranty.

Proof of proper installation by an ASE Certified mechanic at a Licensed Automotive Repair Facility is required.

Documentation may include:

  • Installation invoice

  • Receipts for replaced components

  • Diagnostic reports

4. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • Overheating

  • Abuse or negligence

  • Improper installation

  • Improper towing or load

  • Racing or commercial competition use

  • Contaminated fluids

  • Flood, fire, theft, vandalism

  • Acts of God

  • Wear and tear consistent with age/mileage

  • Leaking seals or gaskets

  • Cosmetic appearance

  • Claims outside the United States

  • Claims initiated outside warranty period

Labor, towing, rental, lost wages, storage, incidental or consequential damages are not covered.

5. Warranty Claims

All claims must include:

  • Diagnostic report from ASE Certified mechanic or Licensed Repair Facility

  • Installation invoice

  • Proof required procedures were followed

  • Copy of original invoice

A representative will respond within 24–48 business hours (excluding major holidays).

Delivery must be accepted to initiate a claim. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • All cancellations require prior authorization.

  • Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Shipped orders canceled incur a 25% restocking fee plus all shipping charges.

  • Incorrectly ordered parts are customer responsibility.

  • No refunds for engines/transmissions not returned in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the purchaser’s responsibility.

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and verification.

7. Maintenance Requirements

Maintenance records must:

  • Be issued by a licensed repair facility

  • Include VIN, mileage, date

  • Be electronically generated

  • Include proof of payment

Handwritten documentation is not accepted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Begin Truck & Auto Parts’ liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the part sold.

We are not liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.

Deposits made to reserve parts are non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer

  • Wear parts and accessories are not guaranteed.

  • Color match is not guaranteed.

  • Mileage is stated to the best of our knowledge but not guaranteed.

  • Typical delivery time: 7–14 business days.

  • Residential deliveries may incur additional charges.

  • OEM interchange standards determine compatibility.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any transaction at our discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration shall take place in the State of Delaware.

You waive:

  • The right to trial by jury

  • The right to participate in class actions

Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

11. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

Any legal action or arbitration proceeding shall be conducted exclusively within the State of Delaware.

12. Privacy Policy

Begin Truck & Auto Parts protects your information.

We:

  • Do not sell or rent personal data

  • Share only necessary information with payment processors and shipping carriers

  • Use customer information for transactional communications
